VirtualStagingMaster - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VirtualStagingMaster ("we", "our", or "the Service"), an online software service that provides AI-powered virtual staging and image enhancement tools.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VirtualStagingMaster provides AI tools that generate or modify property images for marketing and visualization purposes.
The Service may include:
- Virtual staging
- Image enhancement
- Furniture and design visualization
- Automated room interpretation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service operates on a subscription basis.
By subscribing:
- You authorize recurring billing via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe)
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Pricing, features, and usage limits may change at any time.
5. Credits & Usage
Some features may use usage-based credits.
- Credits are consumed when images are processed or generated
- Credits have no cash value
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Unused credits may expire according to plan terms
We do not guarantee that generated outputs will meet specific expectations.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of images and materials you upload.
By using the Service, you represent that:
- You have the right to use and upload the content
- The content does not violate copyright, privacy, or applicable laws
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for:
- MLS compliance
- Listing platform compliance
- Client approvals
- Legal use of property images
7. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
The Service produces AI-generated or modified images.
You acknowledge that:
- Generated visuals may not reflect actual property conditions
- Results are for marketing and illustrative purposes only
- We do not guarantee structural accuracy, code compliance, or listing approval
You are responsible for ensuring that use of staged images complies with:
- Real estate regulations
- Advertising laws
- MLS, Zillow, Redfin, and other platform rules
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or deceptive purposes
- Misrepresent staged images as actual property conditions where prohibited
- Upload copyrighted material without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service
9. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Availability
- Suitability for a specific business purpose
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
VirtualStagingMaster shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Listing disputes
- Client claims
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service in the previous 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For misuse of the Service
- For legal or operational reasons
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
12. Assignment & Future Company Formation
We may assign or transfer these Terms, and any rights or obligations, to a legal entity in connection with the incorporation, reorganization, merger, or sale of the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
